Souls of Byron Bay

"All children are artists. Some children never stop. I am one of those.
People, places, relationships, art and the self is always changing. Change is consistent and change is in essence inconsistency. Its how we accept, surrender and embrace it that matters. And being ‘ok’ with failing at times is part of the experience too.
Nature is god, good, pure, and constantly consistently changing.
Beautiful/ ugly/ awkward/ uncomfortable. -Just is. It has permanent rightness even amongst flaws. The flaws are divine possibilities for growth. Nature accepts, surrenders & embraces. My art is an ode to nature- of which we are a part.
Power-full
Beauty-full
Colour-full
Full of the contradictions of right/wrong, light/dark and a sense of humour is essential. Never take yourself or your art too seriously.

The Moon & The Muse

"I think wisdom is in the ear of the beholder. My message is: there is great power in vulnerability. Allow yourself to be authentic and connect with others, nature, yourself from this raw place to experience true beauty and meaning. Don’t waste energy on perfection and seriousness."
I was recently photographed and interviewed by the amazing photographer Natalie Grono. Read full article on her inspiring blog the moon and the muse, where she has selected and profiled the wild women in the creative Northern Rivers area.
